Take off AT Still, Colorado, Baylor, Meharry, and Howard. AT Still average matriculating community service hours is north of 600. Colorado is not OOS friendly. Meharry and Howard cater toward a predominately African American community with a vibrant exclusive community (just a fact, not making it a race issue). Any Texas school is a no-go, since Texans only like Texans.
