My Step 1 is scheduled for July 5th.

I started working on USMLERx questions back in March and my plan was to have them completed by May 1st so that I could start on UWorld and have two months with it. My school is super crazy with scheduling and, to make a long story short, they make it nearrly impossible to study for boards during classes outside of our "dedicated time" which is after May 1st. I have been trying to get in 3 hours of Boards and Beyond and then some USMLERx questions everyday.

I have only completed 44% of the USMLERx bank with my average sitting around 71% correct (only doing medium/hard questions), but mostly subject based. I have been using "Boards and Beyond" for a few weeks now and am about 1/3 of the way through that, which I also wanted to complete by May 1 so that I had a solid base going into UWorld and dedicated. For me to finish B&B and the questions by May 1st, I would have to do about 60 questions and 4 hours a day of B&B videos. This is completely doable without classes, but while I am still in classes, this is not going to happen. I am not sure what I should do. I thought about maybe just dropping Boards and Beyond until dedicated and just focusing on USMLERx to just get it done, but when I do questions on stuff I haven't reviewed since last year, I get destroyed on questions and I feel it isn't really helping much.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried using Cramfighter? I had the same problem, but I played around with Cramfighter adjusting the amt of questions/what resources/how many hours per day until I found a happy-enough medium... it's nearly impossible to devote long days to pure boards studying stuff when you're still in class, but you can at least try to determine how many hours would be reasonable and have Cramfighter make you a schedule.

Do you like one over the other? I am almost done with my first year and would like to start either USMLERx or Boards and Beyond. I've looked at sample videos for BB and it is very much like Pathoma. All outlines and no pictures. For me, it is a bit hard to see and understand concepts when I don't have visual representations. (English not being the first language) USMLERx on the other hand, has pictures in their videos so it's easier for me to follow their videos. Do you recommend one over another? And what do you find pros and cons of these two? If you have to pick one for the summer (or both), how would you schedule your studying?
