Hey guys,
I was given this assignment of answering these questions, but I have no idea what I am looking at. Possibly a prostate?
Will you guys tell me:

What are the x-ray findings?
What is the differential diagnosis?
How will this patient die?

The prostate is in the middle of the image, but you should look at the masses on the right side of the image of the film on the left, and the mass on the left on the film on the right. Think about what else is in proximity to the prostate.
