Just be forthcoming about it. I would imagine that if you did it and were totally honest about it then it will be fine. I would also reach out to whoever was your supervisor at the volunteering experience and ask them to send a letter signed and on letterhead confirming you were there and completed that many hours.

If you were honest with your hours, you have nothing to fear.
 
I have never heard of anything like this happening.

I would check your application to see if you listed overlapping experiences where the total hours was something ridiculous.

If you're telling the truth, then it shouldn't be a problem.
