I did not pass my departamental exam in pediatric rotation, but I get an A in the shelf and in everything else. I have to repeat the exam , so I need that somebody recomend me the best book to study and review for pediatrics. I used blueprints, pretest and kaplan pediatry revew.

I wasn't aware they gave letter grades for shelf exams, but if you indeed made an "A" on the NBME shelf test, I'd study the same way for your dept exam as you did for that one! The shelf is pretty comprehensive.
