Hi, does anybody knows how a brazilian medical student can do the residency in Europe? I'm in the 4th year and I just know that I have to do the language test but should the hospitals accept my brazilian diploma (in Germany, Switzerland, England or Ireland, p. ex.)?

There is no 'europe' when it comes to doing your residency. For physicians from third countries (outside of europe), the process is different for each european country. The UK has the most experience with foreign trained docs, however they have tightened the immigration requirements recently. If you are interested to go to a particular country, contact authorities there directly as to what tests you have to pass and how your credentials will be recognized.
