So i'm having a problem passing organic chem I got a D in my first semester and went on to the second semester of organic II and it's looking like I need to drop it. I already have one W for my physics I class is this going to ruin my chances of getting into Pharmacy school with two W on my transcript?

Not necessarily, but it may hurt your chances of getting into some schools. You may want to go back and retake Organic Chemistry 1 since you'll need a C to fulfill that pre-requisite anyway. It takes quite a lot of practice to get the synthesis conditions and results down, being able to visualize the 3D structures of molecules and knowing the different types of isomers present, etc. So, don't fret; it's not over. You still have a chance so just work hard, seek help whenever you can, and do as many practice problems as you can.
