Does anyone know if you are suppose to recieve the letters on Dec 1 or are they going to mail them out?

My guess is that they will be mailed on the 1st. It would be tough to schedule a letter to arrive at its destination on a particular day (via regular snail mail). Regardless, if I were you, I would just call the school and ask them what your status is.
