I'm a Business Major who switched careers last summer. I've taken my 2 Bios, 2 Chems, and 1 Orgo class. Im applying this cycle and this is what I have so far.

TGPA: 3.76
Science GPA: 3.89 (Only 24 hours).

I'm taking the DATs in about 1.5 weeks. What is my DAT goal?

You should be aiming for a 30 in each section! And then you'll fall somewhere 20+. 20+ is good. Go as high as you can. Good luck.
