Any help would be greatly appreciated. I got accepted into Lecom bradenton 😍 for next fall. Registration has started for spring next semester in my school where am currently taking pre-requisites, am only left with Ochem 2 to take next semester. Apart from biochemistry which other course would be helpful to take for pharmacy school. thanx

Somebody told me once that Pathophysiology would be helpful like a basic class of that.

I took anatomy/physiology my first semester of school 3 years ago. Since then, I have forgotten much regarding that class.

This year, I have been sitting in on the class to brush up on the concepts. Don't forget, most classes are a free for all. I would not pay for the class if I were you, just show up and sit through the lectures.

thanks everyone. Pathophysiology is not offered as an undergrad course in my school. will human physiology be equivalent or similar. I took anatomy physiology combined last semester is alright to take human physiology alone or is a waste of money and time.

I am still pre-pharm too...but, IMO, if the human physiology is upper division it could be worth taking...a lot of pharm schools have you take physiology again in P1 so it could take some stress off if you're familiar with the concepts already.

Only take the pre-reqs you need to get in since your already accepted.

Buy a book or read the internet to brush up on other skills. Don't waste your time or money. Enjoy it now.

I still need to take O.Chem 2 next semester, and i need at least 6 credits to qualify for financial aid so i have no options than to add up helpful courses so between biochemistry and immunology what do you guys think would be beneficial for pharmacy school. thank you for all your input.

I took a graduate level pharmacology course in my undergrad that was a great intro into what pharmacy school was. If they offer any type of pharmacy courses, they might be good. Otherwise, I'd try my best to just put on light courses and try to have fun for the rest of the school year. Pharmacy school is tough and I was very glad I had relaxed the year before.
