I know dental schools state:

If Hepatitis B "e" antigen and/or Hepatitis B viral DNA is positive, the offer of acceptance will be withdrawn and registration to the DDS program will not be completed.

Is this the same case for optometry? I called Waterloo today to find out but the admissions advisor said she doesn't know at this time because they have never come across that. Does anybody know if optometry schools will withdraw acceptance due to a positive HBV test?

I think all schools require hepatitis B shot. I don't think all schools test students for HBV.

I just got into SCCO and they require HepB vaccine.
