Hey guys, did I just mess up my whole DO cycle/application?

This is a two-parter. So I got my app verified a lot quicker than expected, but now Im wondering how the schools who already received my app will see my new MCAT score that just came in yesterday? Do they get notified when I hit the "update app" button? My first MCAT score was so bad and that's all they see, and my new MCAT was surprisingly so much better, they'll be able to see the new one once I send the score to AACOMAS right?
Also, I accidentally added a bogus experience trying to test something out, and did not know I couldn't remove it once I added it....so now I'm stuck with a bogus experience labeled "testing", description just says "testing" and name says "testing". Will this look bad to schools? I hope I didn't just restrict myself to just MD schools now after this lol
Sorry if title seems dramatic, just frustrated I can't call AACOMAS right now and looking for some reassurance for the rest of the night.

Send the score to AACOMAS and then update the application with your test ID and score if you can. Under Status there should be a Standardized Test Section where your new score ahould appear after some time.

I feel like the activities mishap will not be looked at too seriously, but I will defer to an adcom.

Ehhhh I think that’s a reasonable concern if you think all DO schools are only going to see a low outdated MCAT. This question gets asked a lot so I doubt this person is trolling.
