Hey guys

I was wondering if it was at all possible to enter medical school the same year you finish a post-bacc program. So if you finish the post-bacc program in may of 2006, can you enter medical school in the fall of 2006? Thanks! 🙂

It really depends on the schools you are applying to. Usually if the post-bacc consists of taking the prerequisites, schools would like to see the grades you get for most, if not all of them. You are more likely to get away with being accepted if the post-bacc is just something you went for to increase your chances. I know many people who drop out of post-bacc programs because they get accepted. I think your best bet is to email admisisons departments / directors of the schools you're interested in and ask them. But to answer your questions in short, yes you can finish in may and enter that fall.
