hi ,
I have a few questions.can some one answer them?
1.how is parathormone controlled by nerve impulses?
2.one of the cards in decks say that milk has little quantities of iron.?? i dont think soo. is it right?
3. how does removing anterior pitutary decrease sensitivity to insulin?

hi sreshta

parathormone controls the metabolism of calcium which is needed for nerve function. that is all i know.

milk does contain small quantities of iron. cows milk and "formula" both have iron but the iron from breast milk is better absorbed ie., has higher bioavailability.

i am not sure about the last one.

thx toothmail.
