Obviously, reach out to your in-state schools (since you won't list your schools). I would also presume that since you are MENA, you should apply to programs with an AMMSA chapter or similar organization if not affiliated with them.

That said, in what role is your EMT work? Event-related?

I don't get a sense of your mission as a future physician. Why medicine and why you? It is your prerogative to list what you want (don't disclose too much), but none of your descriptions seems impressive to move you forward. Mission fit is important.
