High School EC for AADSAS?

Would it be a good idea/appropriate to place the fact that I was Associated Student Body (ASB) President during my senior year of high school?

why not? AADSAS booklet said you could include high school stuff for EC.

I would fill up your AADSAS ECs with things you did in college and then if you still feel the need to fill in spaces go with high school ECs. ASB President is impressive, but they want to see activities you've done more recently to help them get a better idea of who you are now.

What about ECS before high school? I have done some e.c.'s before my high school years that were helpful to me in my development.
