High School Extracirriculars in Post-Sec Experiences?

Is it appropriate to list high school extracirriculars in the post secondary experiences section?

I ask, because I did a lot of volunteering in high school, but virtually none in college.

i had a very major, VERY signif high school exp and my only research was in high school- my advisor said it was ok to put it. But only in that case.

if you apply to Louisville they ask about your high school experiences in the post sec application
