This is my intended schedule, I attend high school in Vermont.

AP Biology
Biotechnology
Honors Physics
Honors Pre-Calc
US History
English 11

How hard would this schedule be? How bad is taking 3 science courses consecutively? Is it a good schedule that will give me a idea of how college work is like? Thanks, I am taking 3 science courses because I love science. I am willing to put in the work needed to do good but I am not sure how much work is intended?!

Your schedule seems manageable. If you stay on track and take calculus plus more honors courses your senior year, you're going to find that the freshman year of college will actually be easier. Good luck

I'm sure you'll be fine, just make sure to stay on top of things. I wouldn't worry too much about taking 3 sciences, especially since it's something you're passionate about. Physics is really more of a math than a science in my opinion anyway, and sounds a lot scarier than it really is. Seriously. I took honors physics this year, and as long as you can do algebra/algebra 2 and some basic trig stuff, you can do high school physics. As far as knowing what college is like... my take on that is you can't truly know what college is like until you've been there, whether it's by getting a taste of it by taking college classes in high school or finding out when you are actually in college. They're just two very different environments. The best things you can do to prepare right now are to take challenging courses in high school (which it looks like you are doing), refine your time management skills, and figure out what study techniques and note-taking methods work best for you. 👍

Good luck! :luck:

Wow, I wish I had a Biotechnology class while I was still in HS.
