I was wondering if it's okay to put volunteering and jobs you've had during high school in your application, or do they care more about what you did during college? For example, I worked at a camp when I was in high school and I did a lot of volunteering and tutoring with children at an after school program. I was thinking of incorporating that into my personal statement, but I'm not sure. Any advice?
