Hey guys! As the title states I am a high-stats applicant with no interviews thus far. I've received Rs from 3 T20s and UWashington in Seattle. I've been seeing my friends getting interviews from places I have applied to and its incredibly demoralizing. I was complete mostly in July/August, taking between 12-14 days to submit each secondary. I ended up panicking and adding more schools in mid-September and now again in October. At this point I have applied to ~50 schools (albeit a third of them after Labor Day). I did have an issue where one of my letter writers did not submit until late August so that help up a few of my applications from being marked complete. When should I give up hope? The only thing that is kinda keeping me going is that my advisor said the cycle is running 1.5 months behind due to the Delta variant.
Also, I read on another thread that sending pre-II letters of interest may help my odds a little bit? Anyone have any info on that?
520, 3.99, LM 76, 150 clinical, 150 nonclinical, 650 research w 3 posters, decent leadership
