This post is purely out of curiosity so don?t flame me?but what type of physician (i.e. residency and fellowship) has the highest income?

Well, I did a google search and came up with this... there are a bunch of sites that came up, but this one listed the most specialties and subspecialties, and also seemed to have a pretty good response.

Obviously different factors come into play, i.e. type of practice, amount of call taken, region of country, size of country, etc., but this seems like it would be a decent cross-section.
