I saw a few posts saying that there is highlighting feature available for the RC section. How many people have taken the DAT in the past few days or weeks and had this feature available, and is there some where I can see a preview of this because qvault or BC don't have this. thank you.

I really hope there is! it would make life much easier

I took in on 7/7 and yes, you can highlight on the passages and it shows up on every question. You just use the left-click and drag to highlight and right click to remove it.

Like the posters above said, yes you're allowed to highlight.

I'm kinda old and traditional when it comes to technology, and it sucks that Bootcamp didn't have that feature, but you can ask the proctor for scratch paper to take notes on. I did it that way since I never practiced highlighting and my RC score paid off.

This is kind of off topic but does anyone know if keyboard shortcuts are disabled while taking the DAT? I've been wondering if the "ctrl -F" (word finder) function would work to find a key word in the passage of the RC section to find certain sections immediately. Not really expecting it but just curious.

I actually tried that on test day and it didn't work, lol.

I'd recommend highlighting key words that you find, and then jot down notes on scratch paper.
