Highlighting Allowed?

For those who have already taken the exam, are you allowed to highlight portions of the question stem like you can on USMLEworld? I notice that feature is not available on the NBME self-assesments.

Yes, you can highlight portions of the question stem. The actual test is exactly like USMLEWORLD format right down to the icons used for 'lab values.' The only difference is there are video/audio questions on the real thing which USMLEWORLD does not have.
