Highlighting

I've run into the problem of highlighting in my review books (Goljan, etc) and it soaks through and makes the opposite side of the same sheet all nasty.

My question to you, oh med school geniuses, is what brand/type/method of highlighting works best for you?

Papermate. Or just put a sheet of notepaper in between.

The paper in those books are glossy and annoying. I never wrote or highlighted. I used stickies.

I don't mean going between separate sheets. I mean soaking through the sheet. What I mean is where (for example) pages 129 and 130 are on the same sheet of paper, not opposite sheets.

I have tried ALOT and find Sharpie the best for a number of reasons.. give it a try
