How much histo is on step1.......my school is not very big on it... they are into PBL....

USMLE: The most represented disciplines are Path, Pharm and Physio
Moderately represented: Micro, Neuro, Biochem
Least represented: Anatomy including Histo, Psych

You can easily cover most of the Histo/Cell Bio in Pathology.

There was only a couple questions on my StepI that were histo related, and they were slides that were pathological. It's so low yield I didn't even study histo and did very well. So don't worry about it.
