Is there any website or book, etc that gives questions and maneuvres to give to and perform, for each specific disease or patient complaint?

Most info I've gotten are on very broad topics eg. questions on abdo pain, etc. but not on eg. pancreatitis only

We use the Textbook of Physical Diagnosis 4th Ed. by Mark Swartz

It comes with a CD ROM to show you techniques. Goes over diff things to look for with diff diseases.
