History/Physical app or site

Does anyone know of an interactive, good history and physical site or app? I'm not talking about videos showing you what to do or checklists...I mean like a game, but very close to real. It's akin to those CPR certification games (apps, quiz, whatever you want to call it) that you take on your first day of med school . A simulation would be the best way to put it. Thanks.
