So Harvard allows you to have your medschool NP interviews either on the same day as your PhD interviews or on another day.
Does it really matter (are there some strong cons of having it on either day)?

Agreed. If NP and MD/PhD only, same day. If HST as well, leave the NP for another day and spend some time in the library - the top floor has a nice museum 😛
