Where is the HOC located on lingual and facial surfaces for maxillary and mandibular posterior teeth? In ADA released paper I-M, Q.No. 102, it says the lingual height of contour on crown of mandibular second premolar is in occlusal third. I thought the answer should have been in middle third.
