can a friendly physiatrist recommend a product that stands out amongst the slew of gadgets out there?

looks like something called the "neckpro" is pretty good...

not looking for medical advice via the internet, but any suggestions as to what products might be worth investigating?

I don ot like the idea of over the door traction.

Sauders cervical home traction is a pneumatic unit that you lie down on and comes in a large suitcase. Not convenient, but superior.

I wouldn't call it a LARGE suitcase. For home use, it's awesome. The hardest thing about it is figuring out how to watch TV or read while still getting a traction benefit. I HAVE taken it on the road with me before on extended trips.

I have fallen asleep in it but wouldn't recommend it since after 4 hours various regions of your face get all tingly.

Steve, what don't you like about over-the-door units.
