I know some people have interviews there already, but they sent an email saying decisions wouldnt be made on interviews until after deans letters - have they sent their main wave of interviews?

No. The dean's letters arrived within the last week, and the program director is going through the pile now (i.e. he actually reads them).

Got an interview invitation yesterday, really looking forward in visiting the program! If the PD reads your entire application, then I'd assume it will take awhile, especially if you submitted it late, my application was downloaded on Sept 5. Hope this helps!
