Hospital vs group practice

I am interested to see how many of you are employed directly by the hospital or work through a group practice? Also what do you see as the benifits to each system over the other do any help with mal practice? Thanks

You mean in ob-gyn ?

I know one situation where the group is owned by the hospital (which self-insures the ones doing deliveries and c-sections). I haven't heard of ob-gyns being actual employees of the hospital.
