Although this question has been asked before, I was curious about whether or not people were including these parameters on the ERAS activities section?

i am curious too...i've left the "reasons for leaving" blank b/c it's always because of school...anyone else think differently?

Why leave it blank? It just looks like you aren't following directions or are sloppy.

There's nothing wrong with saying exactly what happened, "Left to start school".

I am including them. People reading your app will know you left them blank, so why leave them blank??

Don't forget they really don't spend long looking at your application and don't want to read all that much. If you did a ton of small little activites I would just list them and put a sentence about each. If you diddn't do something every week I would leave out hours per week, it's easier and if they are really interested they can ask you can say you only did it a few times here and there. I don't really know how important reason for leaving is unless you got kicked out or really need to explain why you don't do it anymore. Sometimes less is more.

My thought process is if you have done a lot of great thigns go ahead and describe them in detail.

I set up a lot of small things and made the relationships with our school, and turned it into a yearly event, but still i only did them once. In this case, less is more. If you don't put hours, you won't be selling yourself short and won't be lieing. It may be A overlooked as oh wow he did a lot or B a topic of conversation at an interview where you can get into the knitty gritty and fluff it up a little perhaps tell a story if your good with interviews.
