hours shadowing

If I already shadowed 96 hrs but plan on to keep shadowing for the rest of the year, what should i do?

also should i put dmd/dds after my dentist's name?
 
Put whatever hours you Have SO FAR.

Doctor x is fine. Dds is implied imo
