Hello SDN. I own a house in the Congress Park neighborhood in Denver. I recently finished fellowship in a surgical speciality and moved here for a job. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow and am considering renting out one of the bedrooms (so it would be just you and I living there). Long term or month-to-month is fine. It is a very nice house with all you could want/need including wifi, W/d, off-street parking, garage to store your skis/bikes, veggie garden, etc... Rent is $1800 per month. Your bedroom is currently furnished with a queen bed. Fantastic neighborhood (walk to Trader Joe's, coffee shops, parks, etc. Easy access to all Denver/Aurora hospitals). Serious inquiries only. No pets, no 420 or any other smoking.
