Everyone says that there are more housing options in SF this year, but I don't know how to go about finding a roommate and a place. (I'm going to be a 1st year med student at UCSF this fall.) I'm in LA and I've been trying to use the UCSF housing site and have had no luck. Is the best thing to do to go up there find an apt and then post a message on the UCSF site for a roommate? Should I try and work on it more on the internet from here b4 I go there? Is it too late to get campus housing? For those of you who've already done this, what do I do? thanks 🙂 Karen

Hi Karen,
I sent you a private message about housing. Let me know if you got it. 😀

Hey Karen,

I'm going to send you an email after this -- I will be in SF this coming week, so I can ask at the housing office for you re: campus housing. Feel free to email me.

Hi Karen,
I will have a bredroom available in my two bedroom apartment in Noe Valley starting in middle July. The monthly rent is $800 plus utilities.
I'm not sure how the private e-mail works, but feel free to contact me
