The house is located at 218 Alwine Avenue in Greensburg. It is a duplex and 1/2 of it is available for student housing. The price is $700 per person plus utilities. It has been newly remodeled and is partially furnished with a kitchen table and chairs, a twin-size bed in each bedroom and desks. There is a brand new stove and refrigerator. It's walking distance (approx. 8 blocks) to Seton Hill University and a short walk to the YMCA, Palace Theater, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, bowling alley, churches, 5-Star walking and biking trail, parks and many other attractions. The police station is 2 blocks away and the house is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I tried to upload a photo but an error message came up saying the file is too large.
