hi. i am looking for someone to take over my lease for 5 months, from april-aug, with the opportunity to extend lease. you would be living with 2 other people, in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. the other roommates are 1 male, and 1 female, both are medical students at LECOM and are really nice, n/s, respectful, quite, hard workers, and easy to live with. the house is located in the greenbrook district of lakewood ranch, close to i-75 and local resturants, schools, and stores. LECOM is a 3 minute drive away and the beach is about 15 min. west.

rent would be roughly $600 a month (including utilities). i've already paid the rent for august when i signed up, so you can keep that.
