I have two bedrooms available for rent for the 2014-15 school year. I am a previous LECOM student in my residency and have been renting rooms for several years now. I prefer individuals who are in graduate school or residency as this is not a party house; social gatherings are totally acceptable with consideration of everyone's schedules. I have two large dogs so no other pets can be allowed. They are both very friendly and do not go in the renters rooms or on the furniture.
The House: Three bedroom single family home. It has been completely updated with the latest being a new kitchen and flooring this past year. The home is fully furnished as is the kitchen. Living room, family room, kitchen, and dining room are shared. Laundry is available in the garage. The home has AC/Wireless internet/ and Cable. All utilities are included in the rent. Fenced yard with two tiers of decking. Some storage available and shared off street parking. Located in a quiet neighborhood off of 38th street (safe part of town). Close to grocery, CVS, and many other stores. 0.25miles to Mercyhurst and 4 miles to LECOM.

The second is downstairs with a queen bed, closet, one dresser and desk, it has a semi-private bath with stand up shower. There are merits to both spaces, both have top of the line mattresses, downstairs is a cooler temperature.
