Hey, I'll be a first year at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia starting in August. Has anyone heard of Empirian Luxury Towers? The latest reviews on apartmentratings.com are all really negative, but these sites tend to highlight the really bad things about every complex. Anyone have anything good to say about it?

i saw it and went to check it out. the lady in the leasing office who showed me around was really nice, and the place seemed better than "school lane house apartments - which i do not recommend"
i know 1 temple med student that lives there.
it's cheaper than the other options in the same area.
