Housing Suggestions: Hampton University?

From what I've been told there are a lot of crappy and good dorms available, which is the case with any university. But can someone be specific on which dorms to stay away from, pro,cons,etc. or insight into the "on campus apartments". I will be a P1, and just wanted to be as comfortable as possible.
