Located at Beltway 8 E and 59N (mapquest it by N Sam Houston Pkwy E & Wilson Rd), about 14 mi from downtown. Rent includes private bedroom, study, and bathroom, utilities, maid service, high-speed internet, pest control, yard maintenance, community swimming pools, tennis, walking trails, attached garage parking, use of washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, cupboard space. The house to share is 2200 sq ft, one story, and built only one year ago. Fall Creek neighborhood, the Redstone Golf Course community, is convenient to 59N, Beltway8, Bush airport, Greenspoint and the Park'nRide.
I, the homeowner, am a friendly, organized professional with a quiet lifestyle who highly values open communication, privacy and a clean, peaceful home. My ideal roommate would be dependable, honest, calm, hygenic, communicative and socially independent. I spend 12-15 hours per weekday at my Greenspoint office. Weekends I spend in my living room, kitchen, yard, home office, as well as at the community swimming pool, walking trails, Atascocita gym and downtown yoga classes. I relocated to Houston two years ago; I'm originally from South Carolina. My infrequent cooking is vegetarian, my usual bedtime is around 10pm, and my mornings begin around 5:30. Typically I travel 4-5 weekends per year and have overnight guests about twice per year. My in-home entertaining extends to a dinner party or game night once or twice a year.
