I'm an FMG set on doing cardiology and want to get advice from the cardiology forum about which of these IM programs would be the best choice towards a cardiology fellowship?
I know that Houston Methodist has a great cardiology program but I'm not sure if I would be taking a risk going there for IM since it's seen as a community hospital and if I don't match inhouse I may find it difficult to match outside. Or do both give me the same opportunity?
ROL deadline is in a couple of days and it looks like this:
Montefiore
UMass/ HM
Rutgers NJMS
Jacobi
UBuffalo
Any advice is appreciated!
