how accurate are kaplan practice tests?

i was wondering how accurate are the kaplan practice oat tests? I am using the small kaplan book that has 2 full length practice tests...I just want to know how accurate their scoring is compared to the actual oats.

Has anyone used anyone used it?

They are harder, but are accurate +/- 10 pts. You have to realize on the real thing you are going to be more nervous, and it's a lot of pressure, so that most likley works agains't you. On the kaplan I was scoring 320 and on the real thing I scored a 300. On the physics tho I was scoring like 280 and on the real thing I scored a 300 so that was a plus. Kaplan preps you well b.c it is harder, so when you get to the real thing you're like oh yeah I studied this.

I definitely agree that time and pressure works against you during the OATs and by practicing with the Kaplan test you are well prepared. The Kaplan test are hard and I scored at least 20 points higher on all the OATs sections than my practices except for reading comprehension.
