How are my ECs? I have lowi-ish gpa (3.3c/3.1s - this came from first two years at a 2.25 and next 4 years at a 3.7-3.8 so i turned it around completely) with a 511 MCAT.

I have:
~1500 hrs CNA at a hospital
~400 hours as a medical interpreter (spanish) at a free clinic and university hospital
~100 hours tutoring hispanic youth
~100 hours volunteering for LIA (latino service organization in college)
~100 hours volunteering for CU (a hispanic community program well known in my state)

These were all long term commitments btw, I was spending 2-5 hours a week each activity for 3-4 years

No research
~40 hours in a medical brigade to honduras (i was born there)

They're solid and correlate well with who you are as a person obviously considering your background.

Also good that, as you said, each was a long term commitment.

I suspect you'll be successful this cycle. Just apply broadly to be safe. Good luck!

Do you have any shadowing hours and good letters of rec? Make sure you write well about your EC's and have a solid personal statement that differentiates yourself. Your MCAT is great so I don't think you'll have too many issues.

Yes, I have about 100 hours (25 each of 2 DO, MD, PA) and my LoRs are from 2 professors, 2 DO, free clinic volunteer coordinator and hospital management where I worked as a cna

You're going to be just fine then. Your PA shadowing won't count for anything, but the 75 others will and that's more than enough. You should have no problems getting accepted as long as you're good at interviewing.
