Do they take off points if you put in unnecessary tests?
I got a low score on patient note writing the first time I took this test (failed overall) and I'm wondering if its because I left too many items off my ROS or if I ordered too many tests.
For example, on a simple back pain complaint with no red flags I ordered x-ray, ESR, and MRI even though I knew it really wasnt indicated.
