So heres the story i haven't found one like it yet when searching...
I took an algebra based physics course in high school through a college and i got A-/A for both semesters. When i got to college (even before) i was interested in physics...so i talked to the department to see what i should do. Now i took the algebra based physics course my junior year, they show up as transfer credits on my college transcripts but i have copies of the transcript from the school (and can request) to prove that i have those A's.
Now the department advised i go through the calculus based physics course, so i said fine since i have a good calc background. So anyways it ended up being much more difficult than i remmebered and i got a B+ in the class (actually im one of the 10/30 kids that "passed" the class)..i mean i didnt put in absolute study effort but i did put in decent amount of effort, i just had a lot of credits and i was trying to distribute my time to each subject.
But anyways, i cant say its unfair because i decided to take the class, and friends of mine from lab, who are in the algebra based physics, have the exams and work so easy (ive looked at it and can literally do most of them in my head)...so now im thinking ofcourse i can get a much better grade A+ or A the second part to balance it...but what happens to my A's that i took from high school?
Do all Four (algebra + calc based) semesters get averaged in? (if they do that would be great!) or do they only consider what i did in my college time and not the course i took in highschool at a college?
