We get a crapton of returns every week from the floors. How are you guys handling them? Tell the techs to wipe everything with alcohol before placing it back on the shelves?

At my place the credit tech is wearing a mask and gloves and wiping EVERYTHING down with alcohol. The tote, the card, I think she would wipe down the pills if we let her.

I'm wary of the tubes sent back to the pharmacy. . .each one is a dirty missile containing floor air.
