Don't retake unless you got < Cs in pre-reqs. Better to take new science coursework.

I took it once during senior year and scored low, 497, this was definitely bad judgement taking it then. I'm URM btw. I retook it this month and am waiting for my scores(predicting 506+, FL's were around 508).

If you're URM and have no grade below a C, I would strongly think that those stats (regardless of the bad senior year grades) would get you somewhere. At the very least a low tier MD.

Edit: And I think you should be able to explain why the downward trend on your app somewhere, and I think you have a legit reason.
