Should I bother getting outpatient hours if I want to apply ASAP

You have nothing to worry about from a stats perspective.

However, I would recommend you get some inpatient or another settings worth of hours (20 or so should do). Most schools require multiple settings, and from the looks of it you only have outpatient?
